Insights

When I first arrived on the Big Island, I felt something shift deep inside me. This is a place

where Gaia’s energy is more accessible, abundant, and rich. There are innocent spirits

within the island itself, and the sun caresses you here in a way I’ve never felt anywhere else

in the world. Even the ocean has its own accent — the waves breaking against the stones

sound like an invitation to listen more closely.

Living here has opened me to new levels of healing, both for myself and for those I work

with. I’d love to share three insights that I’ve discovered about spiritual healing on this

island — ways the land, the community, and past life regression come together to support

transformation.

1. The Land is a Healer in Its Own Right

The Big Island breathes. You feel it in the volcanic activity, in the warm earth beneath your

feet, and in the waterfalls cascading through lush forests. When large trees and waterfalls

meet, I find myself drawn to sit quietly, to meditate, and to listen. There is a strength here, a

pulse, a reminder that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.

Healing happens naturally when we slow down enough to notice the earth’s rhythm. For

many, simply being on the island awakens a deeper connection to body and spirit. At night,

it is easy to see the stars so clearly from here. The sky reminds us that we are part of

something so much bigger — our connection to the stars and the universe is undeniable,

and we are never separate from it.

2. Community and Sacred Spaces

There is a vibrant community of seekers and healers here on the Big Island. From yoga

studios in Hilo to meditation circles and retreats tucked away in Puna, people gather with

open hearts. When we connect in these spaces, healing is magnified.

I personally find peace in visiting sacred natural places — the flowing energy of the ocean,

the stillness of the forest, the power of the volcano. These are not just backdrops; they are

living teachers. Being in their presence helps us release old burdens and receive new

insight.

3. Past Life Regression: Returning to the Source

The island’s energy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep soul work. In past

life regression, we explore the origin of our existence — following the soul’s journey back

home.

To better understand the present, one must understand the past and what other lives might

still be influencing our tendencies and shortcomings. In soul terms, there is no past or

future. Almost every life is happening in the “now,” with some variations. Some lives even

entangle with each other, giving the soul an opportunity to heal uneven energies and bring

balance.

For many clients, this process restores meaning and purpose. They begin to see their

struggles not as random, but as part of a much greater journey of growth. The clarity that

emerges is both grounding and liberating.

Closing Thoughts

The Big Island is more than a place — it is a guide, a healer, and a mirror. The land itself

holds wisdom, the community offers support, and practices like past life regression open

pathways back to wholeness.

If you feel called to explore your own healing journey here, know that you are welcome.

Together, we can listen to what your soul has been carrying, and find the threads of

meaning that bring you back to balance.
